Call-Capture Real Estate Sign Riders June 26, 2011 at 3:51 pm
PleaseText.Me still offers best-of-breed real estate texting and QR code technology, but the suite just added some powerful options in the voice module. You can now create property-specific voice recordings as well. If a lead is standing in front of your listing with the real estate sign rider with code 888, the lead can now either text “888″ to your exclusive phone number or they can call and request the same information by entering “888″ when they reach the main menu.
You can play back a recording of any length. These can be uploaded to the system or, as a real estate agent, you can have the system call you and record the greeting over your normal phone line! When a caller reaches that greeting, you can complete the call using a powerful set of options. You can hang up, have the lead be forwarded directly to the office, or you can have it call any or all of the other agents on your team.
Here are some numbers available for real estate text messaging and call capture. Over those same easy-to-type numbers, you can offer pre-recorded voice information, info via SMS, and generate web traffic via either the SMS response or your QR codes. No matter how a lead wants to receive information, you’re geared to deliver it.
While this is really three lead generation platforms, it’s still easy to set up and maintain your account. Aside from email and phone preferences, your account is ready for leads with just a few steps. If you put up a sign with code 101, you’ll need to update the SMS response for that property. You could theoretically manage the entire system with just that one field. Whether it is including the voice recordings or using mobile-friendly video in your landing pages for a QR code, even the most powerful options are only 2-3 additional clicks to navigate through. New videos are going up to our YouTube channel, RealEstateSign.
